CITIC Europe Holds Annual Employee Gathering Focused on CITIC’s History, Values, and European Business Development

On November 27 (Thursday), CITIC Europe Holdings hosted its annual employee gathering in Prague. The event, themed “Sharing Core Values, Discussing a New Chapter of Development,” aimed to strengthen understanding of corporate values and enhance team cohesion through a corporate culture presentation, strategic sharing, and team interaction.

During the event, CITIC Europe delivered a presentation on CITIC’s core values, including “integrity in business, pioneering innovation, unity, integrated development, dedication and responsibility, and pursuit of excellence.” Employees exchanged insights on corporate culture and core values in relation to the company’s history, current development, and business practices.

In the program segment dedicated to corporate culture, Su Guoxin, Chairman of CITIC Europe Holdings, reviewed CITIC Group’s development journey since its founding by Rong Yiren, outlined its growth during China’s reform and opening-up era, and emphasized the importance of employee identification with corporate culture and teamwork for sustainable corporate development.

The event concluded with sports competitions, fostering further interaction among employees in a relaxed atmosphere. Winners of team and individual contests were announced, and commemorative medals and certificates were awarded, bringing the gathering to a pleasant close.
