A new production line at ŽĎAS will boost the company’s competitiveness

The continuous development of ŽĎAS leads to an increase in its competitiveness. This is a goal that is very important to us as the sole shareholder.

Currently, we are installing a straightening and inspection line for processing tempered bars with a diameter of 18–45 mm and a length of up to 10,500 mm at ŽĎAS, a.s.
The complete technological line includes:

• blasting,
• straightening,
• defectoscopic inspection,
• milling and alignment of bar ends,
• bundling and binding.

Thanks to this modern line, the customer will gain a higher quality of the processed assortment, more effective production control and at the same time the opportunity to expand the circle of its customers.
